After more than 90 years in the biz, New York barber Anthony Mancinelli has no intention of retiring anytime soon, which is quite a feat for the world’s oldest hair cutter.
At 107, Anthony Mancinelli still works full time and has no intention of slowing down.
Mancinelli was named the "World’s Oldest Barber" by Guinness World Records 11 years ago at 96 and continues to break his own record.
When asked about retirement by Inside Edition, he replied, "Why would I?"
He will be 108 in March and intends to keep working five days a week for eight hours a day, just as he does now.
Business is good at Anthony’s Barber Shop in New Windsor, New York, where he has a loyal core of customers, including his 81-year-old son.
Does Mancinelli have a secret to a long life? If he did, he said he would have shared it with the loved ones who have gone before him, like his beloved wife.
"I was married for 69 years," he said. "She died 14 years ago. I really miss her."
