The Arizona boy whose 32 classmates didn't show up at his birthday party has gotten the celebration of a lifetime, thanks to the Phoenix Suns.
The whole country was struck by the sorrow of Teddy Mazzini, who was pictured sitting all alone at a long table filled with empty plates.

But that frown was wiped away Wednesday, as Teddy was given VIP treatment at the Suns game before the team took on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
The team was excited to meet the little boy and presented Teddy with his own jersey.

Mazzini was invited to meet the players on the court for what was also his very first NBA game.
He sat courtside and was greeted by additional players and birthday wishes.

The team also presented him with cake, and the Phoenix Suns Dancers sang happy birthday to him.
His dad can't believe the outpouring of support, calling it “overwhelming."
The Suns unfortunately fell to the Lakers, 131-113.
