As the holidays rear their head, it is time to start thinking about what kind of deals are ahead for Black Friday. Retailers have already begun announcing their impending 2018 sales strategy for consumers waiting patiently on the edge of their seats to start nabbing these steals.
Walmart
Retail giant Walmart released its Early Access Pass to Black Friday deals on Oct. 30. The Early Access Pass launched in stores on Thursday.
Walmart’s sale promises shoppers plenty of deals including a 39” Element Smart TVs for $125 and Sharp 4K UHD Smart TVs for $298.55. This is in addition to Walmart offering the Google Home minis for $29 complete with free $25 shopping offer. Consumers can also cash in on iPhone and Samsung phone activation with a free $300 gift card from the store.
Some of Walmart’s Black Friday deals start on Nov. 8. Retailers will open their doors on Thanksgiving Day at 6 p.m.
Target
Target has also got in on the Black Friday frenzy by offering its 2018 free shipping deal now. Customers will receive free two-day shipping on all orders starting on Nov. 1 until Dec. 22 with no minimum purchase required. Target has provided a peek at its Black Friday sale with an 88-page toy book for kids.
The retailer is also offering a new skip the line app that will allow shoppers to pay for their purchases at cashier kiosks placed throughout the store without having to wait in those dreaded checkout lines.
Target will open its doors for Black Friday on Thanksgiving Day at 5 p.m.
Kohl’s
Not to be outdone, Kohl’s launched its 64-page 2018 Black Friday circular on Thursday. The retailer will officially start its Black Friday sale online at 12:01 a.m. CST on Nov. 19 and in-stores at 5 p.m. on Nov. 22. Doorbusters will be offered online at 12:01 CST Thanksgiving Day, ahead of its 5 p.m. in-store start time.
Kohl’s will again offer $15 Kohl’s Cash for every $50 spent on merchandise from Nov. 19 through Black Friday. Free shipping is included on purchases of $75 or more.
Best Buy
The highly anticipated Black Friday sales ad from Best Buy is still under wraps, but the company has begun offering free shipping on all orders starting Oct. 28. The free shipping deal will run until Dec. 25.
It is expected that the electronics and appliance retailer will open its doors again at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. In past years, doorbuster sales began at Best Buy on Black Friday at 8 a.m.
